Çimtaş Group, having 49 years of experience and 7 fabrication shops with an aggregated annual capacity of 340,000 tons, provides engineering (structural, pressure vessel, piping and plant engineering), procurement (structural components, pressure vessel components, mechanical equipment, piping, valves, supports), automatic and robotic welded fabrication, machining, modularization, erection and installation services to the leading customers of Construction, Power, Oil, Gas and Chemicals industries. Group conducts shipbuilding activities at its Module and Shipyard in Gölcük, Turkey.

Çimtaş and its subsidiaries engineer and fabricate pressure vessels, heat recovery steam generators, storage tanks, steel structures, steel bridges, steel wind towers, wind turbine rotor & stators, oil and chemical tankers, offshore platforms, powerships, piping systems for power, oil, gas and chemical industries, process skids and modules, turbine auxiliary systems, combustion casings, end covers and liners for gas turbines, cold and hot formed pipe fitting components according to ASME, AISC, API, AS 9100, AWS, ISO and EN standards.

Çimtaş Gemlik Works is located 100 km from Istanbul, within a range of 2 km to 4 international deep-sea ports. Built on a 160,000 sqm fenced yard with 62,000 sqm covered fabrication shop space, Çimtaş Gemlik Works includes 22 bays and is equipped with 93 overhead cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 2×150 ton.

Çimtaş’s products have been shipped to over 50 different destinations worldwide amounting to a total weight of 1.3 million ton.

In parallel, over 830,000 ton of structural steel, mechanical and electrical installation works have been undertaken, covering infrastructure and superstructure projects, power plants, industrial plants, pipelines and refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants both in Turkey and abroad.
